All the maps were divided into three areas, coast, fields, and highlands.
The transition between these categories had to be as believable, pleasant, and almost imperceptible as possible.

That's why we created a procedural system where we merged the 3 categories using a division that was made in the production of textures, materials, vegetation, items, and even landmarks.
In this post, I'm going to emphasize some of the transitions we created.

Each color represents each Biome. So and both images (the one above and the one in this section) you can see that the transition happens very smoothly.
Every Biome had a pack of different assets, VFX, textures, materials, and landmarks.
